These Terms of Service govern your use of motiongiraffx.com, operated by Motion Giraffx, LLC ("Motion Giraffx," "we," "us," or "our"), an animation and video production studio based in Houston, Texas. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

About This Site and Eligibility

This is an informational and lead-generation website for our 2D animation, 3D animation, motion graphics, and video production services. Nothing is sold on the site: there are no accounts, no products, and no payments processed here. To use the site or submit a form, you must be at least 18 years old or acting on behalf of a business with authority to do so.

Acceptable Use

When using this site, you agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
  • Scrape, harvest, or bulk-collect content or data from the site
  • Interfere with the site's security or operation, including attempting to bypass Cloudflare Turnstile or other anti-abuse measures
  • Submit false, misleading, or impersonating information through our forms
  • Introduce malware or attempt unauthorized access to any system

Intellectual Property

Motion Giraffx owns this website and everything on it, including the design, code, text, graphics, branding, and the animation and video work displayed, or uses it under license. We grant you a limited, revocable license to view the site for personal or internal business purposes. You may not copy, download, republish, or reuse site content without our written permission. Third-party trademarks and client marks shown on the site belong to their respective owners.

Client Services Are Separate

This website sells nothing. Any actual engagement, whether animation, motion graphics, video production, or related work, is governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work between you and Motion Giraffx. If these Terms conflict with a signed agreement, that agreement controls for the work it covers. These Terms govern only your use of this website.

Your Submissions

When you send us information through the contact form, the quote form, or the appointment booking tool, you confirm that it is accurate and that you have the right to share it. We may use your submission to respond to you and as described in our Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Services and Links

The site relies on third-party services, including Basin for form delivery, Cloudflare for bot protection, Calendly for appointment booking, Vimeo and YouTube for video hosting, Pirsch Analytics, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity for traffic measurement, Netlify for hosting, and providers that deliver fonts, scripts, and images to your browser. These services and any external sites we link to are provided as-is and are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
