We took on the challenge of showcasing industrial safety innovations tied to hydrogen, an emerging low-carbon energy source, through high-quality 3D animation and motion graphics.

Lamons is a global leader in sealing and bolting solutions, specializing in safety-focused products for the refining, petrochemical, and energy sectors.

H2scan provides advanced hydrogen sensing technology with real-time monitoring solutions, enhancing safety and efficiency in industrial and energy applications.

How Motion Graphics Was Used to Showcase H2scan Innovation

One of the main challenges of this project was to explain how H2scan works and its benefits without showing the finished product, as it was still in development. Lamons wanted to introduce the product to the market quickly, and our 3D animation made that possible.

Hydrogen is a powerful alternative energy source, pushing us closer to net-zero emissions. However, its highly flammable nature can pose significant risks, especially in large-scale industrial settings like refineries. Lamons’ H2scan addresses this by enabling precise leak detection, helping customers mitigate risks and achieve peace of mind.

Through detailed 3D visuals tailored, we effectively conveyed how the H2scan combines innovation and safety to revolutionize hydrogen management. This emphasizes the value of 3D animation in communicating complex technologies with clarity.

This story focuses on the CorrLock™ Gasket — a small yet essential product. The challenge was to make it look high-tech while clearly communicating its importance in industrial applications. Sometimes, the simplest objects tell the most intricate stories. Capturing the significance of a gasket and holding the audience’s attention required creative storytelling and a keen eye for detail.

For trade show settings, we opted for pacing driven by music instead of voice-over, creating a visually engaging animation that emphasized the product’s role without overcomplicating the message. The result is a versatile piece that highlights the gasket’s critical role in minimizing leaks and boosting efficiency across industries.

Animatics may seem basic but are crucial for refining timing, scale, and accuracy before final rendering. This phase ensures alignment with client needs, saving time and resources during the 3D animation process.
